Wise Choice Computer Program

In 2002, the Technology program was formed.  The goals were to help bridge the digital divide, by teaching computer skills to the residents of the home and the area residents and to expand their skills and become job ready.  The computer program has been integrated into the Environmental Maintenance Program as we help to teach the students how to search for and apply for jobs online.  It is also a part of the Young Reporter’s Club teaching students how to publish the stories they have created into a community newsletter.  We look forward to creating a new class for senior citizens soon.
